Graphic Novel

• A Graphic Novel is a book that is created to look like a comic, whereas a Novel means long works of fiction while a Graphic Novel is used to broadly to show works of fiction and non-fiction. Graphic Novel is different from comic book as the term is used more periodically for Comics.

Story: The Light Graphic Novel/Manga 'Sword Art Online' contains 4 Arc. In the fist Arc the story kicks off in the year 2022, Kirito (the main protagonist), a  player who had the chance play the beta version, and the many other players of Sword Art Online (SAO) are trapped inside the game, unable to log out; the only way to live is to win. Death in game means death in the real world; tampering with the Nerve Gear, which simulates in game character control by redirecting brain signals, also means death. To win means to defeat the final boss on the top floor; out of the original 10,000 players at the start, two years later, over 6,000 remain with 26 floors left to clear, Kirito and friends must fight for their freedom or die trying.

Environment: Aincrad is a floating castle high within the sky. Each floor base is about ten kilometers in diameter and consists of a hundred floors stacking straight upwards, meaning that each floor's diameter is a bit smaller than the previous one. On each floor, there are a couple of large cities along with countless small scale towns and villages, forests, plains, and even lakes. Only one stairway links each floor to another, and the stairways exist beyond the boss room of each Labyrinth. The Tele-port Gates in every unlocked cities are connected to one another.

Story: The General Story of One Piece is that Gol D. Rogers known as the pirate king was infamous, he was eventually captured and sentenced to death, his Last words revealed the location of the greatest treasure in the world, The One Piece which grants you the title of the Pirate King.
Years later many pirates have gone looking for this treasure and have never found it. This story however mainly follows just one crew known as the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy and his crew travel across the Grand Line, experiencing crazy adventures, unveiling dark mysteries and battling strong enemies, all in order to reach One Piece.

Environment: Most of the world in One Piece is made up of water, and the Grand Line is an ocean current which is surrounded by the Calm Belts and follows an imaginary line that goes from the North all the way to the South. This part of the ocean is very dangerous and is regularly referred as the Pirates Graveyard, however even with this reputation people still decide to live there on separate islands and the Grand Line is divided into 2 with the first half known to be less dangerous and given the name Paradise compared to the second half which is said to be even more dangerous and has been given the name The New World.
